• Payment must be made in full before the dispatch of any Products unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific Product in question.

• Performance of batteries and solar equipment depends on several factors including climate, installation, and usage.
• We do not guarantee specific performance levels unless stated in writing.

8. Compliance and Regulations

• Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations concerning the use, installation, and disposal of products.

9. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, and product designs remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
• Disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court.
